My husband the adventurer!

So I have to give a shout out to my husband, Dustin, who is currently in Lexington, TX, a small town halfway between Austin and College Station. You might be wondering why he is there and not here with me...I could go into detail, but his blog does a better job of describing his adventure. Basically in summary, one of Dustin's goals for 2008 was to ride his bicycle from our house in Steiner Ranch to his house he grew up in in Kingwood (NE Houston). Yes it seems a bit crazy, but these are the things my husband thinks up that remind me why I fell in love with him! He has such drive it baffles me sometimes. You gotta respect that in a person! Tonight he met up with his buddy Mac and together they will continue the bicycle tour for 2 more days until they reach their destination. I will pack up the rest of the fam (our dogs and presents, etc) and meet him at his parents house Friday evening. I wish him a smooth ride the rest of the way with no major hiccups. I am excited to know that the next time I see Dustin we will be on Christmas vacation for 2 whole weeks!
